Setting up is easy, need 2 hours to warm up with one barrel of firewood. When it’s covered, the water stays warm through the night so that you can have the bath in the morning too!

The 8 seater hot tub has become a main attraction and one of the most valued part of the retreats I run on Kangaroo Island. Nestled amongst the pine trees it is a luxurious space for connection and relaxation amongst a group of strangers! Easy to assemble, great to transport and efficient in its wood consumption, the hot tub adds rustic charm to any gathering and creates unique memories for anyone that jumps in!
Chris was an absolute delight to work with. He came in to set up, and pack down the tubs, which made everything so effortless for us as Event Organisers. We have about 40 people for a weekend of trail running and hiking, and the tubs were an absolute hit - and a complete surprise! Everyone wanted a go, so we definitely squeezed in. The cool ice bath made for a great recovery session with the guests as well, and had people to-ing and fro-ing between the two tubs.
I ordered an ember tub for my husbands 40th birthday present. We use it pretty much every weekend. You can heat it up on Friday and just keep topping it up every now and then to stay hot for the rest of the weekend. It’s incredibly simple to use and put together. I was worried about it not being sturdy enough (as they are designed to be able to move around) and we wanted ours as a permanent fixture, but it’s incredibly solid and sturdy. On our initial setup we had some problems with some of the parts and Chris and Daniel were incredible and took care of everything straight away. We’re so happy to purchase from a company who cares that their customers are happy. It looks amazing in our country homestead so we really couldn’t be more happy. Highly recommend!

We hired the 8 person hot tub for our wellness retreat and it was a HUGE hit!! Everyone was drinking Prosecco in it and chatting. The best addition.
Great to set up, easy (even for a person with no fire experience) to maintain at temperature. We will be hiring it for our event next winter.

My hubby purchased the conversationalist for my birthday this year as an extra special surprise. I’d been wanting a wood fired tub for literally years and it has not disappointed. We virtually live in it and it’s been such a wonderful way to reconnect. So easy to set up and use. I would never have thought I’d spend most of my winter nights outside in Creswick! We ran in to a few hick ups but the boys couldn’t get here quick enough to fix it up. All round amazing product and even better service. Don’t hesitate. Get yourself one now!

Love my outdoor bath. I don’t have a lot of space so it’s great that it’s portable so I can pack it away in summer but use in winter.
Had a look at a few outdoor baths - the great advantage of ember products is the large fire basket with chimney. You can add lots of wood to heat the bath quicker, the chimney exhaust means you’re away from the smoke and the follow up service and care is outstanding! I purchased a second-hand/ex-rental tub from Dan who was exceptional the whole way through. Very patiently walked me through the different options, and then even hand delivered the tub himself in the middle of a storm. He stayed to help me set it up in the rain and was a total sport when we had to winch his van up the wet hill after the downpour. Customer service can't be beaten, and the tub is excellent. Heats well and evenly, does take some practice to not overdo it and inadvertently start cooking your friends like lobsters. 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

Absolutely the highlight of our stay-at-home Christmas Break. We hired the luxurious 8 seater, which was big enough for 8 adults and wide enough to float in. Suitable for all weather variations, heats quickly, well insulated and very relaxing. The company communication, delivery and hot tub quality was excellent. They set up the 8 seater in under an hour. We enjoyed many happy hours, day and night, relaxing and having fun. We loved guessing the water temperature and checking the temperature gage that came with the tub. The water stayed an even temperature for long periods of time. Everyone who came to visit asked for the company details. We can’t wait to hire it again.

Dan was great to deal with during booking (we changed our dates and then from pick up to delivery and he was only too happy to help) and then on the phone when we were setting up. Fabulous service!

It takes a good day to bring the hot tub up to temp and then we changed the water once a week. So be sure you have the time to tend to it and you’ll have a great time.
What a great way to add a little extra something to your weekend at home! The brilliant design of the tub means you can be filling the tub and stoking the fire in no time. The smell of the fire, the feel of the timber and the heat of water makes for a perfectly relaxing experience right in your own backyard. Can't wait to do it all again.
